I am a retail professional with over 7 years of experience in the retail industry, with a graduation degree in agriculture. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the opportunity to work with various software platforms, Microsoft products, sales operations, and business processes, gaining experience across different sides of the industry, including brands, retailers, e-commerce, and quick commerce (Q-commerce). I have also worked on multiple projects and gained expertise across various product categories, giving me a broader understanding of business, retail operations, category management, technology, and digital commerce.
